• Buyer's Brokerage
  The State of Massachusetts requires that any Broker or Agent must present a disclosure form to you at the first personal meeting about a specific property. The objective is to protect you as a consumer and to ensure that you are clear about who the Broker/Agent is representing. The State of Massachusetts states on the disclosure the following - "When a buyer engages in the services of a broker then that broker becomes the broker's client. The broker owes the buyer undivided loyalty, utmost care, disclosure, obedience to lawful instruction, confidentiality and accountability. They must put the buyer's interest first and negotiate for the best price and terms for their client, the buyer. (The buyer may also authorize subagents to represent him/her in locating property)." We would be happy to represent you as a Buyer's Broker and represent your needs in any transaction. We believe our job is to not only to get you the best price possible but also to gather all pertinent information on the subject property, relevant to the property as it is now, how it may factor into the decision making process and also the maximum development potential that zoning may permit.
